1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Factline.co ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the FACTSHOT mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the App and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Registration and Security

To access certain features of the App, such as cloud bookmarking and cross-device synchronization, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the App.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Content

The FACTSHOT App aggregates and displays news articles, facts, and multimedia content. Regarding this content:

• Aggregated Content: The news content, articles, and associated imagery provided within the App are for informational purposes only. FACTSHOT acts as a news aggregator and does not claim ownership of the original journalistic content. Intellectual property rights remain entirely with the original publishers and authors.
• App Intellectual Property: The App's proprietary design, source code, databases, functionality, software, UI/UX designs, audio features (Text-to-Speech), and graphics are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App's core software.

4. Prohibited Activities

As a user of the App, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the App to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content.
• Use the App in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the App designed to prevent or restrict access to the App, or any portion of the App.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the App.

5. App Updates and Availability

We aim to ensure the App is available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the App at any time or for any reason without notice to you.

You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the App during any downtime or discontinuance of the App.

6. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the App. We reserve the right to deny access to and use of the App to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms of Service.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Factline.co is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this App, you consent that the relevant courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
